Expressive Lighting Technique

Lights and tracing motion effects are great for advertizing. They can become a part of composition. It adds brightness and motion to an image. They're an excellent trick because the details can make a subtitle look more attractive and compelling. Also it can make magazines pop out at you and make you want to buy them. I find it makes anything appear 3-D. The expressive lighting technique can improve any photograph.

Interesting Photographer

On the internet I noticed a guy named Jansen Gunderson. He's a landscaping photographer. I love his work because it's eye catching. The pictures he takes have many dimentions. Jansen has the skill of getting the perfect angles. His pictures have so many levels to it. My eyes travel across the entire picture. I like the blends of colour and lighting he uses. The pictures he has on his website are very good quality. Jansens work seems 3D to me. I don't think there are any dull sections in his pictures. He inspires me. His website is www.jansengunderson.com/jg/

Random Album Cover 2

My second random album covers band name is OIL CREEK. I made it smaller than the quote because I wanted the quote to be known and popping out. I chose the colour red to resemble the fire hydrants. The bands name is smaller and in capital letters. I chose to position the name under the quotation and a little off the center of the backround picture for an un-usual look.

Random Album Cover 1

Making my first random album cover, I got the band name Rule from Wikipedia. I wanted the band name to be in a clear and bold font. Using the colours that are in the womans sweater and the shadow behind her neck, I got the colours beige and black. The random quote I had to use was beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I used cursive writing and a drop shadow to make it look rich. I chose dark red to match her lipstick.

Obama Exersize

My first attepmt of cropping Obama with the magnetic lasso tool didn't work. It cut out his ears and wasn't co-operating with me. Then I got told to try and use extract and it worked successfully. I used the earaser to remove all the excess backround i didn't want. After that I used the magnetic lasso tool and it got every part of him that I needed.

Celebrity Photo

My image includes the celebrity Miley Cyrus leading a group of Africans who look like they are traveling to bring flowers somewhere. This photo is incongruous because Miley Cyrus is a teenage girl who is very busy with her career and wouldnt be in Africa. It's quite weird because Miley Cyrus has no African heritage. Her punkish classy style of clothing sticks out from what the African girls are wearing. Miley also has a smile on her face. The women behind her have serious looks among thiers.
